4. Fill the form in the prescribed format. example: Pen/Pencil ,shading,Case-sensitive.
5. Fill all the mandatory fields. Don't leave the mandatory field as blank.
6. Mention the correct address. If the envelope is wrong you fails here. :).
7. Clearly mention the age,sex and photo.
8. Make sure the correct signature is given.
9. Double check whether the correct documents are attached.
10. Double Check all the entered details.
