How to face an hr interview without fear.

         HR interview: Its the final process in every recruitment process in all companies. In HR interview they check for you positives,negatives,soft corner,boldness,personality etc. Although there are some guys who always strong in technical and other sections but drop out in these sections. here are some tips to face HR interview without fear.

1. Be calm and patient,don't think of unwanted subjects.
2. Talk in positive minded.
3. Interact with a little smile.
4. Answer the questions you know,otherwise tell i don't know sir.
5. Don't show you as genius,some HR staffs doesn't like this,be care.
6. Always be prepared for your self-introduction.This one thing will make you success.
7. Don't tell your weakness be patient and positive.
8. Tell the salary you wan't openly,if you are fit sure they will intake you.
9. Ask some questions about the company if he asked you,"do you have any queries"?.
10. Read about the company before you going to attend the interview.

My Experience in Interview with Tata Consultancy Services.

Hai friends here i share my experience with TCS Java Developer Interview for Senior Software Engineer.I completed the application and submitted to TCS,through the Online Registration. After some months they called me for the interview.

Documents Needed:

1. Your Filled Application Hard Copy
2. Id Proof
3. Photograph
4. Call Letter.

Interview Process:

1. Technical Interview: A panel of 2 people interviewed me. They asked me to introduce myself and asked about my project. As I am a Java Developer then they asked about the basics and advanced concepts in java and Oracle. After then they asked me to wait outside.After some time HR came and taken me to the next round.
2. HR Interview: In HR Interview he only asked me about the salary and the joining details.The he told me that they will call me within 7-10 working days.But till no call.
