About CAT Exam: Common Addmission Test(CAT) is the common admission test conducted for students to join India's top Management Schools.
The Cat is conducted every year. IIM Indian Institute of Management Indore will conduct the test.
CAT English/Verbal Ability:
This test includes Reading comprehension, verbal reasoning, syllogisms, analogies, antonyms and synonyms fill in the blanks, sentence correction, idioms, etc.
CAT Mathematics/Quantitative Ability:
This test includes Number systems, geometry, trigonometry, probability, permutation combination, algebra, menstruation, time and work, averages, percentages, profit and loss, quadratic and linear equations, etc.
CAT Data Interpretation:
This test includes Interpretation and analysis of data based on text, tables, graphs (line, area), charts (column, bar, pie), Venn diagram, etc.
CAT Logical Reasoning:
In this test Clocks, calendars, binary logic, seating arrangement, blood relations, logical sequence, assumption, premise, conclusion, linear and matrix arrangement, etc
